I had a fantastic time at this hotel - the accommodation was gorgeous with stunning views of the surrounding mountains, waterpark, golf course, and forest.

The location of the resort is stunning and convenient, being close to Lake Geneva, restaurants, shopping, downtown Lake Geneva. It's also just 1 mile away from Timber Ridge Waterpark.

Location: the hotel was so close to the conference center as well as skiing due to race on mountain. It also was on the lake.

Gave us all the access to the Geneva Resort but at a very affordable price!

Slightly confusing to figure out where the check-in is. Check in is at the lobby of the Geneva Resort but the signs to the lobby aren't super clear

Easy to get around, this place is super close to a zoo. Plus, they host weddings, reunions, and meetings here. the staff is always on point and professional 👌🏻.

My suite was awesome! It was clean, comfortable, and was completely stocked with everything I needed. It had a living/kitchen area, balcony, bath w/laundry and nice bedroom. It is a spread out resort, but once you park your car, you need not use it again. Just call for the trolley to pick you up and take you to the pool, fitness center, dining, etc.

Check in is late (4 pm) and check out is early (10 am). If you are only there one day, you don't get much time to enjoy all the ammenities.

The trolley was nice to have as alternate transportation to the hotel grounds- thank you. Clean rooms are very important to us as far as repeat visits. This Villa was very clean and comfortable! The price was great too. An enjoyable/affordable weekend. P.S. The glass of champagne upon check-in in the lobby started the weekend on a positive note. Thank you!

This hotel is in a stunning location with a water park and activities nearby, as well as being close to Downtown and the Highlands Golf Course, just a short walk away.

That was incredibly beautiful hotel set in very nice area, next to the Waterpark and the complimentary trolley. Great and gorgeous location, the free parking was available. Also, Timber Ridge Waterpark was 2 miles away. Liked the villa we had with full kitchen. Coffee & tea making machines, a refrigerator and an oven were an advantage.

The spot of this place was awesome, surrounded by mountains and close to a zoo 🏞️. It's a convenient location for weddings, family get-togethers, business meetings, and grabbing a bite at local restaurants.

Spacious villas with well-equipped kitchens and comfortable beds. Excellent fitness center and on-site restaurants and bars. Close to downtown with shopping and dining options. Attentive staff who address concerns promptly. Received helpful check-in messages throughout stay. 👍

holiday inn exceeded our expectations during this short break. the prime rib dinner was top notch quality with attentive servers. the villa had a huge updated kitchen and bathroom, perfect for a home away from home feel. we enjoyed the beautiful property and the nature surrounding it.

The rooms were great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also had a convenient on-site restaurant called Ristorante Brissago. It was nice to have a microwave oven, refrigerator, and oven available in the room. The service was excellent.
